My name's Starla, the founder of Nova Rae VA. 

With years of experience in sales leadership, account management and customer relationship management, I've built my career on helping businesses stay organised, communicate effectively and deliver an outstanding customer experience. From managing busy schedules and coordinating priorities to maintaining strong client relationships, I know that the little details make a big difference.

Outside of work, I'm a wife and mum to a lovely little boy who definitely keeps me on my toes. At weekends, you'll usually find me either playing rugby or cheering from the sidelines. I enjoy the challenge, the team spirit, and being part of such a supportive community.
